The 7 Vibrations successfully conducted a Music and Wellness Retreat, Yog-Tarang 2024, near Pune in India during January 2024. The retreat included Hindustani classical music workshops, daily yoga sessions, lecture and demo about the healthy Ayurvedic style of living. Plenty of other inclusions such as meditation in nearby 8th century caves, visits to temples, live Jalatarang concert were a bonus. Ten participants from all over American participated in the retreat. This was followed by an add-on trip to New Delhi and Agra, as well as Rishikesh in the foothills of the Himalayas.
